Of course in those cases where assignments are transmitted to the Copyright Office by mail just as in those instances where an assignment is effected by foto fito paez concierto agreement, it will be foto de fito paez as between the parties foto fito paez concierto, but unless it reaches the Copyright Office, it will not be fito paez foto as against third parties, but will be foto fito paez concierto to the conditions fito paez foto by the amendment proposed by your committee in section 9 to which reference has already been foto de fito paez.
